Should you choose to join an educational class through one of our systems, the teacher or leader of that class/group, may also be privvy to your username, real name and email address. If this concerns you, please contact support before registering for a class.

A2Z standard 2D sites implement cookies only as needed for operation and are not tracked or stored in any manner. Properly logging out of the systems deletes the cookies.

The A2Z Network offers many services to educators and individuals. These individuals are not under our employ or our control; therefore, we accept no legal liability or responsibility for their actions. A2Z does, however, require anyone using our services to engage only with age-appropriate content and behavior. Registration for our services marks that Agreement. If, at any time, a concern arises about inappropriate behavior within our virtual and network facilities, it should be immediately reported to customer service and support.
All creative content entered into the A2Z NETWORK remains your private and personal property, unless provided to one of our services with a commons license. Creative content can be deleted by users through their personal consoles or by requesting assistance from technical support.
The A2Z NETWORK often provides resource and research links to other sites. Please be aware that A2Z does not claim any responsibility for the privacy practices of such other sites. We encourage our users to be aware when they leave the A2Z NETWORK and to read the privacy statements of each and every Web site that collects personally identifiable information. This privacy statement applies solely to information collected by the A2Z NETWORK.

Occasionally the A2Z NETWORK may request information from users via Web surveys. If a user’s personally identifiable information changes (such as name or e-mail address), or if a user no longer desires our service, they are able to make those changes and requests directly from A2Z NETWORK account interfaces. For additional assistance, please contact support.
If A2Z makes changes to the terms or privacy policy, those changes will be prominently posted and/or emailed to members to keep them aware of what information is collected, how it is used, and under what circumstances.
